You have to port-forward your router.
Just search around on the Internet and you might find it

Yup I tried both. I have a NAT type of Moderate, a average ping, like 3 bars. And I tried both and neither worked, it never put people on me, and I let it sit for like 20 mins once, and nothing...

I said screw it and gave it a go. Works perfect. Using MW3SA makes it even better. Thanks a ton man, great tool.

what the tool does is safe but since it's public valve can easily add it to the database to ban for it.
