I think you're right, although if it's patched you shouldn't be able to go ingame at all, so in this case i think it's "Detected" and experienced hackers make hacks that change addresses by themselves, this here is basic stuff.

Scar, shut up. Loader's are less reliable than DLL's. With a loader you have to update it constantly. A DLL you just make a new one and distribute. If you don't know how to use injectors, then look it up.

Can some one teach me how to use this?
I already injected the dll into combatarms.exe with perx injector.
Loaded the game.
Joined a room and pressed the hotkeys 1 2 3 4 5(windows XP)
None of them worked.
Did I load the game right? or did i make a stupid mistake?

Am I supposed to launch the game from the website or the one in my CA folder?

The process is not combatarms.exe! The Process is "Engine.exe" without the parenthesis.
