rofl.. you know that's a virus right? Also.. speedmaxpc has been know to cause that... Seeing that it removes active registry files also that interrupts needed programs.. and cause the issue your currently having... PM me i'll be able to help.. Well if your still having the issue that is. :O

Best solution would be to simply reinstall and get a decent AV. Or just get a decent AV and hope it solves your problems

agreed with ediTv2, it's most likely a virus, sorry but I'm not sure on how to get rid of a virus I just normally use good AVs and stuff like that I just restore my computer if I get a virus, anyway you're better off getting a better anti virus.
The most basic one to use would be AVG, it's pretty simple and it has all of the basics instead of a lot of complicated stuff and it's free;
