Yep just do these steps
Enable
1. Right-click Command Prompt in the Accessories program group of the Start menu. Click Run as Administrator.
2. At the command prompt, enter "bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 3072"
3. Restart the computer.
To disable you
1. Right-click on Command Prompt in the Accessories program group of the Start menu. Click Run as Administrator.
2. At the command prompt, enter "bcdedit /deletevalue IncreaseUserVa"
3. Restart the computer.

Nice config man but i need some help, the command for the distance i suppose, when people are a certain amount away from me they move like 8-bit models..can you tell me where/which one it is so i can turn it back up ?

Uhm... The 3GB switch for 64 bit does NOTHING. In fact, it hurts the operating system. 64 bit already has the ability to handle and allow programs access to resources well over 3GB. You are lowering your limit by using that switch.
