sth weird in a CF account

i found an account which got no zp soldier ribbon or ******s ribbon and he got DE-scope ..!
and another thing i found the log that he got GIFTed weapons .. and capsules...! how?
can some one explain to me ?

When I had 3 Crate guns I got the ribbon. It's weird.

i think there is a bug with the crate buster ribbon alot of my friends got that ribbon with 3 crate guns only !!
