Cant open an injector with out this error! please help!

i cant open an injector or without getting this error 'windows cannot open the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to acces them.' i am the owner of the computer + i have the admin rights. i dont know what to do, and i was hoping some of you could help me

computer: windows 7 64bit 4 gb of ram
the error does this with EVERY injector!

I believe that your problem is that you're not right clicking on the injector, and clicking "Run as Admin." You have to do that every time you open an Injector, Or you could just use portal.
