If you have separate accounts (You have one and he has one) but you have them both on your xbox, Ask him if he wants BF3 and if he'll pay for it. Buy if for him on your xbox and download it to your harddrive. You should then be able to access it from your personal account and then if he downloads it on his xbox he should be able to play it as well.
