no i really had 3 gernade ping of 26 in my bag i had the gernade flash and smoke but i only had 3 gernade

i joined the game then i used one gernade then i wanted to use my smoke gernade but i just ended up with an other gernade

I've maybe an explanation you may have turned your flash and your smoke into a normal nade thru the weapon class.

Of course i'm not saying that you did but that's possible.
