BaseCon v2 - A console with BindReplace™ for NA and probably also for EU

Yes, this is a console. No, this is not ConsoLite and won't replace it. It's a console.

Inject it with your favorite injector. Have fun. Give me all your money.

Now with BindReplace. Works like a BindFix. Replaces unbindable commands with new ones. Old commands still useable in the console. New commands are bindable.

BindReplace seems to fail for some commands for no appearent reason

Old name -> New name

yay0 and yay1 are two weird commands that I've never heard of. Didn't include them for less confusion.
