I've just started an intense workout about two and a half weeks ago. Before I started working out I weighed 130. Now I weigh 145. I'm really putting on some fucking muscle. I'm debating whether to start drinking protein drinks or not.
How many of you workout.. and what are your workout routines?

Stack: omega-3, multi, wheybolic gnc, creatine monohydrate, nitric oxide pre.
Depends on the day, core is leg lifts and crunches with a 25er raised above my head, incline and decline pushups, all five reps and as many sets as possible until I can't move. Arms days it's same rep/set wise but with130 on a curl. I add 10 each week to the bar as well. Gonna be on the pro h's soon only single complex though six stage is too much.

Protein is essential for muscle growth since you need protein to build muscles. If you don't you'll just be ripped and not go anywhere.
If you get enough proteins from your diet, then you do not need to drink protein shakes. I assume that you don't need it anyways because you gained 15 pounds of muscle...
If it has been only 2.5 weeks, it is mainly water weight... unless you are roiding up.
