And a number of declared sins, well, they've been changed in a way because of the changed situation of the world. It's common sense, the Bible is not to be completely taken word for word. The deep meaning inside the text is what counts.

And yes MANY things in the Bible are proven AND accepted by athiests as well, such as the existance of a Jesus, and all those "factual" things, e.g. dates, people

Ahhhhh but that is where you are wrong, there is actually a very strong case against Jesus' very existence, but personally I don't know nor care. If Jesus did exist his magic tricks were certainly bullshit, and if he didn't exist that's just one more tally for religious bullshit.
