Arma II CO Steam Price(Russia)

I found that Arma II CO in Russia Steam Store is cheaper then US. I'm thinking in buying it, but I don't know if theres any problem by buying russian keys and using them in US. And anyone know if the gift code from Arma II CO has region mark?

Im presuming no, as with every RU code i've bought i've only needed to change my ip to a Ukraine IP address to install the game then change back to your normal IP after entering your code on steam.

If it works for you PM me and I could send you the EN language files as i have recently bought it through steam.
