It is a client or just mods?

What are you talking about?
Are you talking about the fact that the top says Derp and there is a minimap? If so then that is a hacked client. Almost every hacked client has a radar and Derp mode...

That is a hacked client, OP.

Notice the radar, and changes in text, etc. It wouldn't be a modification (mod) to Minecraft. There ARE some mini-map / radar modifications to Minecraft, but I'm 99% sure it's a hacked client. .
