Community, mods/skins, some people only like champs to keep a game from being a clusterfuck of hackers, etc.

skins/mods are also a hack, by editing a game content you are hacking the original files.

Eh not really. If you need a bypass yes but just replacing something without needing to change the internal structure of the code is more script kiddie status, not in a bad way of course but it doesn't really involve any recoding or hooking new methods into existing ones outside that programs regular protocol. Personally I don't like free aimbots and ohk and what not, it kills the game, though I feel that way more about intensive games rather than basic ones like crossfire

Only type of skin/mods that is considered hacking is Weapon modding. If you want to change the UI of the lobby, killmarks, ranks, etc - then that is not hacking.

It don't really matter now, Rez modding section is dead for weapon mod/hacks CFNA. We warned everyone if the lechers kept giving out names they would patch them all, the only useful things you can get now is as you said [UI] mods
