Just to organize the hacks a bit. Even though I don't see many Non-Steam CS:S or 1.6 hacks lying around. I play CS 1.6 WaRzOnE 1.3 alot and they have dedicated servers, the works, etc.

1.) There is hacks ,
2.) Not only Counterstrike hacks

Why? Hacks for the nonsteam versions just go into the same sections.
