Battlefield 3: Banned or not?

Hello i have a problem with bf3: When I try to join a punkbuster server with a hack, I receive the message that i am banned, but if I try to join another punkbuster server without hacks I can join that without receive the ban message, but i'm on the list on pbbans site. Am I really banned or not?

first of all, why would you join a pb server with hacks your obviously going to get banned sooner or later, second i dont think your banned just yet but may be in the future. If you can play on a pb server for over 5 min your not banned yet.

I never use public hack on PB servers, I use the Aim Junkies hack on PB servers, but on pbbans I am banned because i didn't delete an old hack from BF3 folder.
