my friend has a cracked server but if someone uses the same name as lets say an OP he gets to the acc of him.
is there some way u can protect it from not happening?

What @non ame said.

xAuth makes it so you can have a /login password, which means even if someone logs in using his username (he'd have the same powers), but unless he knew his /login password he wouldn't have access to anything. Though, that's the downside of having a cracked server.
