You couldn't even lift those weights properly, you swing your body.
It's an arm workout, not a full body. The weights are obviously too heavy for you.
Remember, it's not about the number or weight you lift, it's about the overall quality and how efficient your technique is. You could get a good workout with 10pound weights.
Now, your punching is horrible.
You barely follow through, not saying those punches wouldn't be effective but definitely not getting full power. You also just are throwing punches, at a not so quick speed.
Body movement is very efficient in street fighting, seeing as how you aren't UFC quality, if you just stand there and throw punches, you're going to get hit.
You may be able to take hits, but taking hits is only going to slow you down.
You want to be quick, agile, and powerful.
Not dumb, powerful, and slow.
