NPC opk is when you are playing fireteam and the guys you kill are the npc's. for e.g.. Terrorists, zombies... so then u can just knife em.. with the opk... thats NPC OPK..

It works amazingly only thing it needs is anti kick aimbot...but we don't NEED them so it's ok do whatever you want. Only thing I will say is that NP Opk does work but it crashes occasionally. GREAT job on the hack!!! THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try running as admin's for bot perx and combat arms, dont load thru the webpage just the combat arms on ur desktop
