I think it gets fixed by itself. I restarted my PC and nothing same black screen -.-
Then I reinstalled again dowload again (took 1h) all worked fine ?
That was yesterday i dont know if it fixes by itself hope this will help you.

It has nothing to do with your area or your pc ... Yesterday EA worked on patching the bug thing with the starter pack and the ones that were in-game weren't affected but the login server was.
My two cents ...
