Yes it's spelled exercising. If you want to become "shredded" you'll need to build muscle. It'll be easier to lose weight with a higher muscle mass. I suggest getting supplements and a high protein diet, but you will need carbs as well.
Get Omega-3, Nitric Oxide Pre-workout booster, 100% whey protein complex, Creatine Monohydrate, and a MultiVitamin. Do bulk gaining workouts, low reps high sets. Add ten pounds every two weeks to your weight you lift. After six months begin the second cycle phase of cutting. Half the creatine and carb intake, more cardio, and do many reps with low weight to tone. You'll watch the fat melt before your eyes to reveal a decent build. Do this for four months. Then repeat. Keep this cycle going until you hit your desired body size and muscle mass, then it's all maintenance from there.

@Lehsyrus Thanks for this detailed answer. I have an personalized prgramm ( mealplan + workout programm) form an personal trainer with bodybuilding experience. I am in the gym for a couple months already but I could not keep my good nutriton good and binged. My protein will be very high but also healthy fats and carbs and vitamins ofc. Supplementwise I have the following for my diet/cut. Portein powder, BCAA, Casein protein, L-Carnitin, Animal Pak ( Multivitamin) and a preworkout. Damn thats a lot lol.
The problem I have is after 1 month I get big cravings, have a cheat meal and feel like shit tho its not bad to have a cheat meal once in a while. It just kills my motivatin.

Make sure your other protein supplement is Whey. Casein and Whey mix perfectly together (the Casein blocks protein breakdown as it's absorbed while Whey provides increased protein synthesis. Basically, take your Whey with your Creatine, at least 45 minutes to an hour and a half before the workout, while taking the Casein in the morning before your meal and before dinner at night (try to keep dinner around 7-9 PM). If you can look for mega packs, creatine+whey in one powder, or your multi and your amino complex in one, it will save money as well they use different solutions to increase absorption by both. Creatine + protein is good one to find, because they both use Sodium to travel through the bloodstream, and some mixes have increased sodium rates that increase the anabolic absorption of both at an equal rate, rather than having one compete with the other.
Also, no matter what anyone says, there is no difference to eating small snacks throughout the day or one massive meal a day, except when it comes to carbs. Carbs should be eaten the same time you take your pre-workout booster, because it increases the amount of energy you have for the workout and provides your muscles with the energy to keep pushing through a tough lift. Also what kind of pre-workout booster do you use? Nitric Oxide 9 times out of 10 will show incredible results compared to other products.
@Lehsyrus its called peak speed serum ( german brand) its basicly a mix of preworkout and fatburner.
