    FPS Drops

    Ok, so I just downloaded COD WAW on PC and i'm playing the last mission to get zombies for commentaries etc and i'm playing smoothly but then it starts to lag like my FPS would be 75+ but then it would drop down to 12 I really want to play this game since it took me 9HRS to download can someone please help me? I would do anything and if I need to update my drivers then please tell me how because I'm clueless.

    I know my Graphics card is bad but I don't know how to update it please teach me how.

    Please forgive me if it's the wrong section I just really need help with this because I also have bought a new game an d I can't run it I have 4+ games that I can't run please help!

    So everything about your computer is old as fuck.

    Build a new PC for games later on, for now what you're going to have to do is buy a graphics card to ease some of the load issues. Installing one is straight forward and for your purposes you don't need an extremely good card either. Since your requirements are low that means you don't have to bother with worrying about getting a card which requires a 12v rail since a card that'll be able to run this game will be able to run purely off of PCI-E.

    It's better and cheaper to build your own PC...But Alen says that that AMD processor sucks, so I think I gotta change that.

    256MB GeForce 9100 (HP) 114 °C how the fuck has your computer not melt yet? Holy shit thats 237 Fahrenheit. Its smooth then drops because your GPU is overheating, open your PC and clean that shit.

    Since this isn't my "personal" computer I can't do shit to it, I will tell my folks to buy a new PC or buy me a new PC.

    It prob won't overheat. And will prob reduce the noise of the GPU (well maybe)

    To all those saying the parts are old, the CPU isn't that old, its the current generation of AMD Athlon CPU's. Some parts like the ram and gpu are old however.
    And yes, if you have an air compressor, open up your PC and blow the shit out of it. I've done it to mine, you won't believe how much dust gets in there.
