z8 Spys

hey guys we all know that z8games got spys and they enter in CF hacking websites to :
1-Downloading Hacks
2-Testing Them
3-Making these hacks detected
So my idea was to search old MPGH members registered : 2009/2010 that got at least under 20 post because i think these spys just download hacks they dont care about posting or giving thx to coders ....... !!! that is my idea i dont know if u agree but we will see about this

--> Find 6 months old members,
--> Look if they gave less than 30 thanks
--> Ban their account,
--> Add a new rule: Register only upon invitation or referring (If i refer u, u can join, or not else, u cannot join)
