same thing happen to me niggie, Since Combat Arms is installed with "Run as Administrator" directly, you need to run Injector as administrator too, that should fix it, if it doesn't, re-install PerX

Make sure that you actually have a x64 bit... If your on a laptop, you'll need the x34 bit. If that doesn't work, reinstall PerX, and run CA and PerX as an admin... make sure PerX first, then open Combat Arms...
