There is no real alternative.

They should warn before doing that anyway, I receive money and they limit it straight away, They don't even allow me enough time to transfer that money into my account.

Hey, paypal decided to limit my account... I've received over £1,900 in there so now it's limited and I can't send money or do nothing...


How else can i use paypal? is there any way to overcome this, like req a new card, and make a new account?
