Theres is always a risk for getting banned if you hack so accept the risk before you use any hacks.

When i'm ingame (in windowed mode) i have the menu that have to be shown but the hack won't work! Means, that i press i.e. the button for Aimbot the "aimbot" label turns green, but no aimbot function! what am i doin wrong?

Even if it is detected, what are the chances of still getting banned? Because half of these people didn't get banned.

Well since it's detected there's a higher chance of getting banned and VAC in mw2 is delayed so you should expect a ban sooner or later. I wouldn't use high risk.

God why would you even consider using a detected hack and having to buy the game again just buy a private hack for $10. They have a small chance for ban.
