Unlikely. It'll take around 5k-1million years for the human race to evolve into something new. Though, who knows - when we do evolve we could be smarter than we are now.

Robots will not be very advance as long as we still have problems with AI. Sure you can automate a task, but solving actual mental problems with robots will be a while. We need an AI genius.

I think getting over the problems with AI will take longer than 20 years, there are just too many problems right now.
