Korean C9 Game Files for Modding

I'm interested in modding Webzen's international release with the korean sound files; can someone provide a working download link of the korean C9 client, or otherwise upload the appropriate files for swapping?

I got ahold of the Japanese audio files for modding but problem that I ran into is that I can't open these .CFS files that appear to be encoded and contain all the .wav's

Which are named differently on the Japanese and ENG version, simple as say ENG_npc1.wav vs JPN_npc1.wav, which appears to all be internally occuring within these files that I can't for the life of me find a program to open.

So if anyone can figure out how to open these files I think I'm in business.

Have you tried simply renaming the files and replacing the respective files with their counterparts? Do upload them somewhere; I'm VERY interested!

And how did you download the japanese version?
