extract it to ur desktop
open selfhook.exe
ull get a little pop up saying press end to close. just press ok.
now now open cod4, and ull know it works cuz ull see an anime girl in the background instead of the usual.

you open the menu by pressing delete. but the menu only open when ur in an actual game/server, and u navigate through it with your mouse.
