It works fine but the boxes for LD Extreme always goes to 26 at the cutscene of the hidden prisoner.

Had same problem.
Try these settings and make sure to save afterwards.

my settings is:

just round skip to 3/3, none of the monsters show up, and I can do nothing, boxes number is still 0 :\

change roundskip to 0 instead of 1

What do you press the Numpad 0 and 1 only at LDExtreme.....do you change the setting while it's injected or before you inject it?...
