Question about hack loaders?

Im unclear what a hack loader is.
Am i correct saying that the dll is embedded in the loader and is automatically or manually injected when the process is found?
So basically a dll injector for a specific game.

Yes, a hack loader is essentially just a highly-specific injector. It generally has a hardcoded process target and an embedded file to inject.
