[nub, possibly] idea about character color change

someone previously changed rez files to make the people white.
could you give me the program you used to do so?
if not capable of giving me the program, is there any way you could change their colors to something other then white; like a bright green or any color in the vicinity of bright?

Download "TextureEditor.rar";
Extract it anywhere;
Launch it;
Click on the "Combat Arms Directory" textbox;
Find Combat Arms folder path;
Select texture you want to disable;
Press "Apply" button;
Launch Combat Arms

oh my now i have another issue. my computer has a problem w/ all files i download wtf ha.

do you use IE or firefox?
might be a browser issue if its the actual downloading thats the problem because texture editor does not need to be installed in any ways

yea the first thing i thought was it was firefox being homosexually active like usual. then i tried IE and does the same thing. might have a virus. sheeeut. haha

maybe your firewall is blocking to from receiving files

i get the files, but an error comes up saying " the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). click on OK to terminate the application."

you probably need to install the latest version of .NET frameworks
