Honestly, this is up to you. I'm pretty sure photoshopping is not classified at a 'programming' language.

C++ isn't hard if you actually pay attention to what you are learning. Visual Basic from what I heard is very easy. Java I'm not sure.
Not really CF related. More of your own decision thread. We won't make your decision. Go with your gut, not from other people's opinions.
