best idea to elim spam and noobs

Ok here it goes as it is right now you need 1 post to use the pubs
As we all know and I agree with
But that creates noobs who spam to use the pubs
So..
Instead of making a post requirement make it a thanks requirement
If you aren't thanked enough you can't use them
That simple if your not good enough for this community your aren't good enough for the pubs
I'm a GIANT noob to this community but I'm pretty sure that would stop boy of the problems

Cutiepie does have a point. People would just multi account and thank themselves, thus causing server lag. But I do think the thanks to get the hacks is a good idea.
