APB: Reloaded section needs some sort of moderation periodically. Some posts are getting out of hand.

Also, this post needs a file approval. One more reason a moderation is required periodically. There doesn't need to be a dedicated staff for the section, as it is my belief that the section is not active enough to have one, but a global moderator does need to look over the section from time to time.
