You must be joking. When you do not eat your body does not obtain the nutrients it needs to perform at an optimum efficiency. You also throw you thyroid off balance, and your body tries to compensate with the lack of sugars by reducing insulin levels. When you insulin levels drop and are raised when you eat, the change is dramatic, causing your body to secrete more and more insulin as it burns muscle got energy. Everyone's body burns muscle before fat without giving energy (protein) to your muscles. It's fast burning quick energy. This imbalance in glucose and insulin wear out your thyroid, eventually causing diabetes or a nonexistent metabolism.
It's basic biology. You are wrong. @Hassan mentioning you because you thanked his post and should read this. If you know anything about biology, you know fasting is not healthy. You need fuel to work.
