That only happens to me when I feel like "falling" and I suddenly wake up and it feels like my body is falling from a skyscraper and I can't move.

yeah that's normal. but did you ever realize that ur dreaming while dreaming? i did once and i did what ever i want to do: killed my enemies, built a castle and more... it was a great experience tho and i got some tips to do so but it doesn't always succeed, like i said before: only happened once.

Mmm, if I had to say. It would be when I was a kid and since I'm afraid of heights, I was on top of a statue with my dad and my dad jumped(don't worry he was safe cause he be Bruce Lee) and I tried to chase him down(by sliding) and then I woke up and I was just looking up to the ceiling.

Not sure if Sleep Paralysis though.

when i lived in Colorado it happened to me alot. I dont know why but there would be times i would wake up and i couldnt move or do anything. but i could see and i would look into the corner across the room and i would always see some like black blob (resembled a giant spider mob) and it freaked the shit out of me.

Ya i have had that before my eyes were always open so it wasnt completely but once you realize its happening it sort of stops.
by the way those of you with falling dreams you may have some oxygen deprivation issues that go on while your sleeping

some people have disorders to move during sleep as paralysis doesn't set in

Sleep Paralysis is exclusively when you're awake and it's happening. When you're asleep, it's not called sleep paralysis.
