is this a new hack?

so i saw a guy today (MAJKolar) and he was in a mech suit...
in brushwood...
then i saw him again in a quar match and whenever he died everyoen lost their weapons (ie. guns, claws, knifes) and cant move the screen

so i was wondering where i can get this hack

oh and can someone make an account for me... (ip banned)

Umh Kinda early for a new feature to come out that fast for the Mechs, Will look into it thought. If it does exist its VIP , more in likely.

Its VIP so you're not going to get it in any free public hacks. And no one is going to make an account for you, get a new IP and do it there are plenty of tuts even around here for it.
