If it works for you try to press CTRL+Q.

First put it on
1. First click: ctrl
2.Then click: q
(then you're in the air)
And do the same then you're back on the ground

Ah seems like it works differend on differend ppl, but at all my way is First q and after that "crouch button" Ctrl/C
