Can't place more than 1 spec weapon?

I have crusher mutagen, so I get more spec ammo than usual. I found that whenever I place more than 1 hornet or auto-turret down at a time, they blow themselves up. Is this a glitch, or is it just me?

For Auto Turrent u can only place one as nexon only allows one spec turrent to be use for hornet u can put like 3-5 i tried idk why it doesnt works for u
