4D1(four Delta one) help error when map is loaded fully I get errors

I'm new to 4D1 and I installed it and when I join a modded lobby and the map loads I get a error like "error:could not find zone'mp_trailerpark.ff'" so how can I fix this I really want to play.

You don't have the map file.. just Google it and download

Right click MW2, properties, local files then verify integrity of game cache
