Have serious house maintenance (all broken shit fixed, all retarded stuff my mom put up and wrote on the walls taken down or painted over). Sell my house. Move, either to California or Missouri. Buy my own house, possibly use the extra money from our current house that we sold to buy a second one for my mom, but that would be pretty wasteful. Get in to school there, fund college. Should have at least $1,000,000 left after that (minus college funds?). Put rest away and live reasonably as I work to get a good paying job.

Well, I'm bound to get a LOT of money when I turn 18, so I will probably buy a nice house, a car (not a show-off car, but rather a big, nice 4x4 vehicle), and leave the money alone until I finish College.
