Extreme Lag Spikes

Ever since the GameGuard update, I have been experiencing huge lag spikes with fps drops. I teleport every 5-10 seconds causing me to die because I teleport forward into the open. I also have been getting a ton of host connection problems causing everyone to keep walking in a straight line for 10 seconds. Is this only happening to any of you? I asked many people in game and they said they are experiencing the same thing.

lagspikes/teleport: close akamai and aeria ignite
fps lag: its a bitch, i know. I was able to get stable 80+ fps with shader3, now i am around 60/70 with shader2
aeria is fking up the game
