Extract the attatched .RAR
Edit the config file (mw3esp.ini) to your liking
Run the executable

 

But why would you even bother, master131 has an amazing MW3 External ESP in C#!
Apart from the fact that you can never have too many hacks, master131's release no longer supports Windows XP, whereas mine does.

How easy is it for this to be detected?
It is completely external, and only reads from the game memory, meaning it's unlikely to be detected anytime soon. However, I have not included any stealth features, so use caution.

It doesn't work in Private Match/Dedicated Servers!

It's slowing down my machine/I get excessive flickering
Due to the XP-Compatible render mode, flickering is unavoidable, but can be reduced by tweaking the refresh rate in the config file.

Do I need any runtime libraries?
Only .NET 3.5/4.0.

Added anti-flicker stuff (thanks to @master131 )
Fixed an overlay bug where it was going underneath the game window (lol)

If you use a fullscreening program, yes. Otherwise, the boxes will be slightly off.

when i start it, the screen ingame goes totally black, and if i click anywhere, the ESP give me an error end close. what was that?
