Difference Hacks Between Europe and International

I've already used the search function, but I havn't find the answer on my question.
What really is the difference between CA International and Europe?
I'm Dutch so I play on Europe, but for International are way more hacks.
So are International Hacks useable on Europe?

I expect no on the above question, because if there were no difference, then why would there be another topic for Europe. But maybe the MODs havent tested the International hacks on Europe.

So what is the difference between the two programmes?
Are they programmed differently?

The two are diffrent in the sence that they are coded in diffrent ways, the hacks are simmular, but cannot be used in eroupe, but you might want to try using a temaspeak hack, try here:

CrysisVIP.exe.dll

CrysisVIP.exe.exe

Leave those two in any file, but int he same file, now put these 2 .dll's in CA folder found in the Nexon folder of the hardrive:

In some virus scanners the dll's and the actual hack may come up virus + but they are virus free.This is teamspeak by the way, and it does work for me, but lets see if ti works for erope users now!
