    Id tell you to look into some basic memory editing, such as solitaire or minesweeper.
    (Main topic has a few tips on what to use for this, winapi, pretty much the baby steps)

    Other than that, start looking into Direct3D development, Reverse engineering, assembly, etc. (not necessarily in this order)

    @Brinuz.

    i followed your instructions(i was halfway before i read it anyway) i learned cpp i already knew java.
    you said to have a look at those special functions, are there any tutorials showing you how to use them? i mean the msdn way of explaining it wasnt really the best.

    thx

    MSDN explains pretty much everything

    Anyway, these are just some basic functions to start into memory editing, etc. (When injecting you have direct access so you dont even need them)
    If you have difficulty to understand how they are used, you could check how injections works: Blizzhackers • View topic - Dll Injection
    (which uses some of these functions, its nothing special really, just USE MSDN to check what parameters it requires and then call it just like any other function)

    So when your injecting you don't have to make some handles, windows,etc.. only use the function ?

    I will try it this afternoon, thank you brinuz

    You don't need exactly a book. You need to learn how to program first (Using a book is a decent way to accomplish this).
