Because you didnt DELETE plugins and lib before you put the ones from 123.rar in. You have to delete the files, then put the new ones in, then put in pudges crack.

For those having problems with there d3d.exe hack:
1. Download Canadian Assassian dll hack v3 from Crossfire threads.
2. Unrar,delete everything but perx injector.
3. download Blackshot d3d.rar from this thread.
4. Unrar,delete everything but *** BlackShot d3d.dll.
5. open perx injector.where you see crossfire.exe,remove and put BlackShot.exe.(leave setting on auto.)
6. Click Browse and target the *** Blackshot d3d.dll file you just downloaded.
7. login garena and run blackshot.(must have bypass.)
8. once in game press insert then press arrows to set hacks.

ok ok.. im back again.. now im using a windows Vista.. i open the blackshot *** injector then a box appears saying *** injector please press "END" to exit without injection.. i dont have a number pad on the side.. how can i use tha hacks??

and for the first problem, try extracting everything into a single folder tats why ur missing sutff
