what are some good servers to spawn on, where the admins dont check logs or something in that way.

Which method are you referring to? Ardivaba2's no bybass method? If so, I have used it on a good few servers without hassle; there is no point looking for one particular server to test it on. It either works or it doesn't - BattleEye is the same on all servers, even though admins may not be. If you do it right, and do it in moderation then you should be fine. But as with all hacking, there's always a risk.

also basically what your saying is that i should use it when the admins aren't online like at night?

and i think addweapon doesnt really stand out in the logs as long as i use legal weapons right?
