Help With IW5M [Installing]

Hi, I played Mw3 a while ago but then stopped due to exams. I recently got back into it and I was wondering what this IW5M client. Please Could someone advise me how to install it, I have read the "Sticky: Getting IW5M" thread but I have the steam version of Mw3 and its unclear how to get the client while using the steam version.

p.s. Does IW5M still work if you are banned on steam, im not banned but Id prefer to have IW5M as a backup in case I do

This are the 2 files you get from the Terminal link.
Note that you might not have to download them. (I think I did fine without but...)



Now you open the IW5_Client...
