well look for 800$ your not gonna get anything for what your asking for
for the price of what you want your looking around 1500-2000$ (hopefully even then you still might be out of luck)
and yes Alen would be the authority(maybe ravi or doc) but keep in mind Alen would want you to spend 10k on your computer due to the fact that because he has the money he think EVERYBODY has the money...

I would find it hard to spend 10k on the tower alone. Even with SLI 690's thats only $2.5k + i7 3XXX = $3.5k.

300 FPS with that resolution you should buy a desktop which cost 2000$, better if you build by you own ...

I definitely think you need to state your budget and make that your boundaries, unless you have no budget and can buy whatever you want.

Why do you need 300 FPS? Most people can't distinguish past 115 FPS (2001 M. Menozzi et. al, Displays Vol22, pg 79-85). Also, keep in mind for your budget, most monitors are only 200 FPS (5ms response). If you want to push to 2 or 3ms, your monitor is going to cost easily $400 for a 22-24".

Right now the best for the price is the i7 3700k on high end processors; I would suggest that to get you started. You're also going to need to spend a pretty penny on a mobo to get the RAM to match high cpu speeds, as you're probably going to need to o.c a bit to reach 300 fps.

Any GPU 7850 or 660 and up should get you to where you want if you're using only 1 monitor (tho it will be close). You'll probably want at least 1.5 Gb on the card; def 2Gb if dual-monitor. If you want SLI/Xfire, then 2x 6850 or 560 and up should do the job also. Again, at least 1.5/2Gb on each card if SLI/Xfire.

For RAM I would suggest Corsair; never had any problems with them. I'd suggest going 4x cards (2 or 4Gb each) with 1866+ clock speeds and 9-9-9-24 or lower timings.
